## Which data

Contact details (name, e-mail, phone, company), your domain name for a site scan, billing details for an assignment, and technical data about your visit (see cookie statement).

## Why

To deliver and follow up your scan, to perform and invoice an agreement, to meet legal obligations, and to improve our site. Grounds: performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, for non-essential cookies, your consent.

## How long

Scan requests without follow-up: 12 months. Client data: the duration of the agreement plus the statutory 7-year retention for accounting records.

## With whom

Only with providers we need to deliver (hosting, e-mail, payment provider, AI processing within the EU), bound by contract. Never sale of data. For site statistics we use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager by Google Ireland Ltd, only after your consent; fonts load via Google Fonts. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
